This is a quote by barrack Obama and man oh man, how true is it? It makes so much sense. This is why I’m always so turned off by people who brag about what they have. It’s sometimes insecurity I’ve realized. Like a guy who knows he is probably a 5, meets a girl he knows is way out of his league. He feels the need to brag about his money and cars in order to feel like she deserves him. Or the girl who goes to her school reunion and still feels like the timid and boring teenager she was in school. So she tries to make up for the way she feels by talking about her rich husband and cars and kids and so on. Just to make herself feel better. Ego is a bitch man. We’re all just playing a role.
